I enjoyed our stay, the staff were superb and the location was lovely. Thanks to everyone, especially frontdesk staff. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and refrigerators were really useful. Just excellent hotel in a very central location. Just off town centre, seafront.
The bedrooms were roomy and clean and car parking was available. It was close to shops, excellent value ;)
Brilliant location. Hotel very clean with social distancing and all measures to help protect us, in place. Room very large and pleasant, staff were all very efficient and helpful.
Shower tap was not working but this was soon fixed. One of the 13 amp sockets had started to come away from the wall.
Superb value for money, very clean rooms and shops is not far from the hotel : ) Onsite parking is available.
Not much to speak of
Have to pay for parking. But, in my case failed to record my payment and I got a ticket. failed to answer two emails. Had to call
Large rooms, very clean, free parking, great location, breakfast on the top floor is a great experience
The outward appearance is not fresh
The breakfast would be great, the room was nice and big and actually quiet. The hotel very central and the reception very friendly. Praiseworthy is that the owners try to modernize this old hotel which is also partly very well succeeded.
The bathroom was very small. The service wasn't good. Carpeting in the hotel is not looking good
The view from the restaurant was fantastic. The location, both to the port and to the city, was very good. The breakfast is delicious and varied. There were many parking spaces.
The bathroom is very small
Very nice penthouse for breakfast and dinner. Good location
Small bathroom with acrobatic access to the bathtub and shower
Breakfast is on the tenth floor with an amazing view. The location is great, our room was very spacious, the double bed almost too big. Very clean.
The address "Armada Way" is very confusing, because the Armada Way runs through half of Plymouth and no house number was given. On our search for the hotel we have already undertaken a small, involuntary sightseeing tour of the city. Coffee's no good. But that applies somehow to all of England.
Spacious room, excellent views, adequately equipped, comfortable bed, convenient garage, quick check in/out
Service at breakfast a bit sketchy
The staff were extreamly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. It was very clean and the leisure facilities were excellent.
Very friendly staff. Nice big room with twin doubles. Good breakfast.
Dislike - expensive wi-fi. Also using Swisscom as a provider meant that some betting sites I use were being blocked. Underground car very small - do not use if you have a big car!
Location, close to everything, clean and tidy, rooms a decent size, and the resturant on the top floor, staff friendly
Convenient freindly and excellent value for money
